I found the hotel to have a mix of positive and negative aspects. The convenient location near Chandigarh's main attractions was a definite highlight, but the noise from being near reception and the lack of open views were a downside. The service was a bit of a hit or miss, with some helpful interactions but also unaddressed issues. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited options, but the facilities were generally satisfactory.
